The Texas Tech University needed a way to greet students at their Student Services and Financial Aid departments and quickly determine and assign  the most appropriate advisor to assist the student. The TouchTrak application is used to check in students and direct them to the appropriate location based on the student's response to a simple questionnaire. The TouchTrak Queue system is then used by the advisors to call in the student that best fits the advisor.
